- • We can get to you within 90 minutes
- • You can visit us at the office (a pot of coffee is always on!)
- • We can carry out regular inspections to check the quality of work carried out
- • We can attend when contractors are attending

Our Charges
We work on an annual fixed fee basis, which is based on the size of the development and the level of work required.
Our fees are reviewed annually and throughout our instruction remain reflective of the above. For example, if your property does not require intensive work and maintenance, we are able to offer our services at our basic cost.
If a property has been poorly managed and requires additional work, our fee will need to be reflective. However, we will aim to bring the property back to condition within the first year, funds and budgeting permitting, so that we can reduce our costs in subsequent years.
