It is a common complaint that the offices of managing agents are located too far away to offer the service that you, the client, expects and maintenance suffers as a result. As a rule Kent Gateway Block Management Limited will not take on clients outside the South East area. As a result we are able to say, with confidence:

•  •  We can carry out regular inspections to check the quality of work carried out

We work on an annual fixed fee basis, which is based on the size of the development and the level of work required.

Our fees are reviewed annually and throughout our instruction remain reflective of the above. For example, if your property does not require intensive work and maintenance, we are able to offer our services at our basic cost.

If a property has been poorly managed and requires additional work, our fee will need to be reflective. However, we will aim to bring the property back to condition within the first year, funds and budgeting permitting, so that we can reduce our costs in subsequent years.
